She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Hoffman and Faye Hoffman (Shull); her husband George Moore; and her siblings, Floyd Hoffman, Maurice Hoffman, Ray Hoffman, Rachael Elizabeth "Betty" Hoffman and Hattie Colleen Hennessey.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lynn Baldwin (Chris) of Belvidere, Tammy Jo Prang (Brett) of Kadoka, Scot James O'Bryan (Jodie) of Belvidere, Shelly Rae O'Bryan of Cottonwood and Casey Wade O'Bryan (Darla) of Portales, NM. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
