He is survived by: his wife Becky; his sons, Russell Stover (Tony) of Rapid City, SD, Oliver Makosica Covey of Rapid City, SD and James Wilbur Covey of Lakeland, FL; his granddaughter Andrea Rose Norquist; his great grandchildren, Phoenix Norquist of Tempe, AZ. and Enzo Arriola of Tempe, AZ.; his siblings, Richard Allen Covey of Vancouver, WA and Donna Rae Lines of Bend, OR; and his pet Jaycee.
