He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his children, Eric Lewis of Colorado Springs, CO, Chad Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Lori) of Rapid City, SD, Timothy Voegele (Pam) and Laura Corrigan of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
