She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Radway and Irene Radway (Gittings); her children, Karen Rae and Terry; her husband Randall; her brothers, Raymond (Marion), Robert (Mildred) and Rex Radway (Jeanne); her son Jerry Collins; and her grandsons, Kelly Forrester, Lance Collins and James Dickey.
She is survived by: her children, Ross (Debi), Randy Collins (Becky), Sonia Duffy (John), Debra Krull (Gary Kruse) and Jan Jordan. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, forty-three great-grandchildren, and eleven great-great grandchildren.
