He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Allen and Fern Allen (Crawford); and his brother Curt. He is survived by: his spouse Billie Sue Carr; his daughter Penny Strom (Wally) of Rapid City, SD; his nephews, Sean Allen of Rapid City, SD and Chris Aleen; his niece Tammy Pierce of Arizona; his grandson Jessy Wayne Allen of Sioux Falls, SD.; and also Aiyah of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by his family and his amazing friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
