Cheryl Aileen McKnight Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Aileen McKnight of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on June 1, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dwight Bonham; her grandparents, Dwight, Velma Bonham, Herman and Katherine Knol; her sister-in-law Maurine Bonham; her cousin Todd Knol; her father-in-law John McKnight Sr.; and her brother-in-law Dewane Scott.
She is survived by: her mother Carol Bonham of Madrid, IA; her husband John; her daughter Alicia McKnight of Rapid City, SD; her brothers, Bruce Bonham of Ruidoso Downs, NM, Keven Bonham (Loretta) and Michael Bonham (Jennifer) of Ridgeport, IA.; and her mother-in-law Shirley McKnight of Rapid City, SD. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews, and aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Open Heart United Methodist Church (202 E Indiana St, Rapid City, SD 57701).
