She is survived by: her son John Schmit (Lil) of Rapid City; her grandson Jason Schmit (Lori); her great grandchildren, Gavin of Sioux Falls and Gabe Schmit of Sioux Falls; her grandson David Schmit of Minneapolis; her brother Wayne Beyer; her close friend Corky Nixon of Rapid City; and also, Elaine Bouska (Gary), Val Breyer (Randy) and Laurie Neader (Scott).
