He is also survived by numerous cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.

A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785). A reception was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Knollwood Heights United Methodist Church (320 E College Ave, Rapid City, SD 57703).
