She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Myers and Viola Myers (Converse); her sister Joyce (Denice); her husband Bud Stertz; and her daughter Carol Matt.
She is survived by: her former husband Frederick Stertz (Bud); her son Michael; her cousin Janice Stertz; and her daughter Vicky Persing (Mike) of Duluth, MN.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Funeral Kirk Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701).
