He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C Miller and Alice A Miller; his wife Wilma A Miller; and his siblings, Ronald J Miller, Keith Miller and Carlene Tschetter.

He is survived by: his sons, Raymond (Bonnie) of Mesquite, NV, Harold (Cam) of Rapid City, SD and Larry of Lawton, OK.. He is also survived by his family members and friends.

A memorial has been established to the Knollwood Heights United Methodist Church in Rapid City and the Hospice House Rapid City.
