She is survived by: her children, Laurel Ashworth-Fulmer of Painesville, Ohio, William Ashworth (Diana) of Delaware, Ohio, Brian Ashworth (Kim) of Simpsonville, Kenneth Ashworth (Sarah) of Simpsonville and Kristine Rettberg (Mitchell) of Simpsonville; her grandchildren, Karleigh and Evan Fulmer; her children, Colin, Dylan, Braden Ashworth, Kalie, Maarijka, Derek Ashworth, Mary Catherine, Caroline Ashworth and Alexandra Rettberg; and her brother-in-law James Ashworth of Huntington.
