He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Sachs Sr. and Elizabeth Barbara Sachs (Meiers); his brother Ed Sachs (Rosalie); and his brother-in-law Ken Banes. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Suzanne Sachs of Hot Springs, Sharon Hermeling of Rapid City, Steve Sachs (Barbara) of Hill City and Sandra Casey (Mike) of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Megan Hermeling, Shay, Caden and Brynn Casey; and his siblings, Jeanne Banes and Chuck Sachs (Shirley).
