She was predeceased by: her parents, Kasper Sahli and Julia Sahli (Gabriel); her husband Alvin Schmitt; and her siblings, Harold Sahli, Mary Deis and Barbara Schwan.
She is survived by: her son Tim Schmitt (Donna) of Rapid City; her grandsons, Austin Schmitt (Brittany) of Gilbert and Brady Schmitt of Rapid City, SD; and her great grandchild Addison Briar Schmitt of Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
