He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Jean, Norman and Gerald Peppers. He is survived by: his wife Donna Peppers (Mowery); his daughter Paula Stotz (Mark); his grandchildren, Levi Stotz and Shelby Nesci (Spencer); and his sister Marilyn Michaels of Stillwater, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
