He was predeceased by: his parents, William John Davis and Velma Mae Summers; his grandsons, John Tyler Davis and Clay Christopher Davis; and his pets, Willy, Charlie, Abner, Sassy and Pippa.

He is survived by: his children, Cole Davis of Rapid City, Casey Davis (Cristy Schaffan) of Rapid City, Colby Davis (Bree-Ann Long) of Rapid City and Stacy Davis (Lance Brozik) of Rapid City; and his grandchildren, Bryan, Gabby, Will, Cayden, Elliot and Myla.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702).
