He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Trankle and Winifred Trankle (Babbington); his wife Della; and his brother Robert Trankle. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Linda Brandhagen (Les), Joyce Kirkvold and Andrew Unruh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
