He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tulowetzke and Maria Tulowetzke (Schuchard); his wife Lavonne Tulowetzke; his brothers, Dale Tulowetzke and John Tulowetzke; and his daughters, Mary Ann Hunter and Rose Digmann (Joe).
He is survived by: his former wife LaVonne Hansvold; his children, Thomas Tulowetzke (Paula Marzolf) of Rapid City, SD, Andy Tulowetzke of Canon City, CO and Kathy Miller (Mark) of Indiana; and his sisters, Verna Reiners of Sioux Falls, SD and Donna Kasuske of Milbank, SD.
A wake was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home (632 St Francis St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sep Funeral Service. A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
