He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Hart (Reedy) and Harry Hart; and his siblings, David, James, Martin, Charles, Dale Hart and Deanna Fees.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn White (Lockett) of Rapid City; his children, Robert White (Carrie), Yvonne Wohlheuter (Steve), Bill White, Buck White (Irene), Howard White (Peggy) and Valerie Welker (John); his grandchildren, Nathan Bohls (Elizabeth), Averie Georgas, Zach White, Wyatt White (Stephanie), Joshua White (Lisa), Nathan White (Allie), Johnothan White and Rebekah Card (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Apollo, Nikos, Aiden, Trey, Asher, Calvin, Helen, Esther, Lucy, Henry, Juliet and George; and his brother Dan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Hugh was very active in many activities and organizations during his lifetime including rodeo, softball, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Jaycees, Optimists, and many charity benefits.
