It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Bradley Whalin of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Courtlandt Whalin and Elaine Whalin (Leis); his brother Terry Lee; and his nephew Johnny Whalin. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Whalin of Rapid City, SD; his grandson Christian Jaeger of Rapid City, SD; and his siblings, John Whalin (Toni) of Rapid City, SD, Mike Whalin (Kris) of Colorado Springs, CO, Dan Whalin (Julie) of Shelton, WA, Cindy Engle (Rick) of Sturgis, SD and Pam Whalin of Olympia, WA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
