He was predeceased by: his mother Frankie Shultz. He is survived by: his children, John Jay (JJ) and Lauren Seiler (Shaun); his grandchildren, Mia, Everly and Kieran; his sisters, Joni Shultz Chambers and Jan Shultz; his nephew Donald (Bryanna); his niece Caroline; and his father Donald R. Shultz.
