He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Ofstad and Anna Ofstad. He is survived by: his wife Jenny; and his children, Randy Ofstad (Jeanette "Jett"), Jeff Ofstad and Rhonda Ofstad (Troy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
