He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Howarth (Douglas), Marcia Fines (Jay) and Steven Moses (Lisa); his grandchildren, Amanda Stoner (Codie), Brandon Howarth (Kate), Justin Fines (Colleen), Nathan Fines (Alenia) and Travis Fines (Kimberly); his great grandchildren, Taggart, Tenley, Teagan, Taylor Stoner, Bennett, Sloan, Walter Howarth, Tyler Young, Madyson, Olivia Fines, Alyxandrya Fines, Kaydence, Kyser and Krue Fines; his great great grandchild Raeleigh Sisneros; and his pet Abbey.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the South Canyon Lutheran Church (700 S 44th St, Rapid City, SD 57702). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
