He was predeceased by: his parents, Elise Callen (Donnenworth) and Arthur Callen of John's Hospital. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Nair (Udaysankar) of Harvest, AL and Lannese Purtell (David) of Rapid City, SD; his grandchildren, Suman Nair, Surya Nair, Elijah Purtell, Noah Purtell and Gabriela Purtell; his siblings, Lana Callen (Norman), Clayton Myers (Cherilyn) and Mike Anderson (Shari); and his caregivers, Ravonna, Kayla of Peggy Jansen, CNP, Dr. Nemeh and Dr. Hernandez of Jessica Tvedt, CNP. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
