She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Withee and Nellie Withee (Peck); her husband Ramon Youngs; her siblings, Hazel, Margaret, Bud, Don, Lunelle, Hope and Glen; and her great grandchild Trey Prewitt.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Youngs (Erin) and Kathy Hull (Chuck) of Guernsey, WY; her grandchildren, Melissa Prewitt (Swade), Tasha Lambert (Steven), Austin Youngs, R. Thaddeus Youngs and Derik Youngs (Lee); her great grandchildren, Sarina, Stormie and Luna; and her great great grandchildren, Willow and Scarlett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and other extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Westminster Church (1012 Sioux San Dr, Rapid City, SD 57702). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
