With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leo James Getsgo of Rapid City, South Dakota, born in Lead, South Dakota, who passed away on August 29, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Getsgo and Anna Getsgo (Sandeen); his wife Dorothy; and his stepfather Orel E. Booth. He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Ann, Susan Kay and Jane Lynn.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Northern Hills Community Band in care of Richard and Susan Dittman, 4786 Summerset Drive, Rapid City, South Dakota 57702.
