He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Swedlund and Ruth Swedlund; his wife Anita; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Sebade and Annalynn Kuper.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kasiah Swedlund and Lucyna Preston (Alex); his grandson Dustin McCarthy; and his siblings, Marla Sebade (Larry Chilstrom), Brad and Duane.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Custer Lutheran Fellowship.
