She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Hemstock and Agatha "Peggy" Hemstock (Rapp); her sister Barbara Widmer (Hemstock); and her son William Phillips. She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Hemstock (Donna) and Jean Furulie; her children, Patrick Phillips (Pamela), Michael Phillips (Margaret) and Denice Phillips; her grandson Brett Phillips (Megan); her children, Brittany Salguero, Chantel Seager (Adam), Katherine Aby (Daniel Conde), Cheryl Paulk (Kyle), Heidi Taylor, Kelly Jones (Owen), Luke Taylor (Kendra) and Charles Russell (Tanya); and her great grandchildren, Paige, Owen, Ivy, Ryleigh, Marley, Emberly, Zoe, Emma and James-Blade. She is also survived by in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
