He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle W. Marshall and Donaline A. Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Marshall; his daughter Kay Wilds (Aaron); his grandsons, Alexander and Nicolas; his son Chris Marshall (Hetty); his stepdaughter Angie Elder (Gene); his children, Madison, Layne, Becky Rybak (Mike), Nicholas and Nathan; and his siblings, Diane Holte and Larry Marshall (Cathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed in Mark's memory to the Rapid City Alano Club at 325 Deadwood Avenue in Rapid City, South Dakota.
