He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Adam (Burrer) and Gottlieb Adam; and his siblings, Elmer, Helmuth, Esther, Milbert, Raymod and Harry.
He is survived by: his wife Doris; and his children, Wanda (Jim), Mark (Linda) and Deb (Keith). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
