With sadness, we share the passing of Nancy Lynn Kahl (Rapid City, South Dakota). Nancy, born on March 24, 1947 in Williston, North Dakota, passed away on September 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelle Soine and Claude Soine; her siblings, Jane and Terry Soine; and her siblings-in-law, Rita Soine and Terry Halgrimson.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Suzanne (Shad) and Jay David (Rochelle); her husband Jago Kahl; her daughter Andrea Somers (Sean); her grandchildren, Jada, McKenna, Kailynn, Claire and Jago; and her siblings, Judy and David. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions sent to Ronald McDonald House (SD).
