It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Osburn of Rapid City, South Dakota, who passed away on March 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Welfl and Josephine Welfl (Hallinan); her husband James "Jim" Osburn; and her siblings, Robert "Bob" Welfl, Shirley McDaniel, Jean Mueller and Ila Mae Daly.
She is survived by: her former husband Carter Francis; her sons, Carter Francis, Jr. of Rapid City and Burton J. "Joe" Francis (Jennifer) of Portland; her stepsons, John Osburn (Carolina) of Black Hawk and Douglas Osburn (Krista) of Rapid City; her granddaughter Kaylan King; her daughters, Semler of Titusville, Florida and Bailey of Titusville, Florida; her grandson Shawn Lepka (Tina); her son Max of Gilbert, Arizona; her grandson Jack Francis of Portland, Oregon; and her children, Gary Oreshoski, Deacon Lloyd Frein, Marianne Frein, Pianist Maureen Palecek and Cantor. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
