He is survived by: his wife Dale Perkins; his children, Richard "Rick" Bobo (Kathy), Janet Smith (Jack), Susan Spaduzzi (Don), Bridget Albers (Scott) and Daniel Perkins (Wendy); his grandchildren, Amber Larkin (Andrew), Elizabeth Nelson (Justin), Michelle Suttle (Chris), Racheal Bowman (Calen), Brady Perkins, Kayla Pegues (Hunter), Lauren Spaduzzi and Zachary Spaduzzi (Alyssa); and his great grandchildren, Adeline, Aniston, Jayde, Trace, Lily, Guenith and Maddison.
