He was predeceased by: his wife Sandy; his son Steve; and his siblings, Jack and Bev. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Becky), Bobbi (John Brown) and Leslie (Bob Warax) of Tucson, AZ; his granddaughter Amanda (Tom Ruddy); his daughters, Dr. Erin Brown (Kyle Krause), Robin (Jordan Hoff) and Emily (Matthew Ohl); his grandson Dr. Colin Brown (Rocío Diaz); his great grandchildren, Alexis, Abagail, Ben, Molly and Sandy; and his great great grandchild Axel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kirk Funeral Home (1051 E Minnesota St, Rapid City, SD 57701). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the South Canyon Lutheran Church (700 S 44th St, Rapid City, SD 57702).
A memorial has been established to benefit the South Dakota Lions Foundation.
