She was predeceased by : her father Zephia Adeline "Bummy" Bumgardner (Sara); and her siblings, Shirley Virginia Cloninger, Charles Corbett "Charles" Cloninger Jr. and Elizabeth Rose "Lib" Cloninger. She is survived by : her husband Donald Jean "Don" Parsons; and her children, Doug (Kay), Candice (Marlin), Cindy and Roxy (Harlan). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
