He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom Daniel and Eula McGee (Westerfield). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fay Phipps; his daughter Cynthia Weaver (Lance); and his grandchildren, Michael, Lucinda, Benjamin Weaver and Anne Sewell.
