She was predeceased by : her father Larry Nelson; and her brother-in-law Glen Kane. She is survived by : her mother Virginia Nelson (McGee); her children, Shannon Nelson and Bobbie Jo Hirman; her grandchildren, Ever Nelson of Pierre and Caiden Jo Nelson of Pierre; her siblings, Lane Nelson, Todd Nelson (Dawn), Sioux Fall and Mary Kane; and also Larry Nelson (Pat). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
