He was predeceased by: his parents, William'Bill' Singer and Bertha Singer (Quenzer); his siblings, Darlene Diebert, Donny Singer and Jerry Singer; and his great grandchild Ryker Ness.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna (Follmer); his children, Alan Singer of Rapid City, Michael Singer (Jerene) of Rapid City and Sherri Ness of Littleton, CO; his grandchild Chris Singer (Joleen); his children, Kyle Singer, Amanda Barr (Dustin), Brittney Ness and Chelsy Ness; his great grandchildren, Vance, Olivia, Ava Singer, Conner Barr and Bentley Ness; and his siblings, Jane Richardson, Tommy Singer (Judy) and Judy Tobin.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (5311 Sheridan Lake Rd, Rapid City, SD 57702). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
