She is survived by: her husband Donald Welke of Tulare; her children, James Welke of Texas, Terry Welke of Texas, Mitchell Welke of Utah and Todd Welke of California; her sister Hellen Cooper (Mort) of Arizona; and her nephews, Bill Cooper of Missouri and Mike Cooper of Arizona. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
