He is survived by: his daughter Nicolette Meadows of New Caney, TX; his grandchildren, James and Kamryn; his sister Monica Porter of Avon, SD; his aunt Audrey Robinson of Council Bluffs, IA; his uncle Roger Robinson of Omaha; his nephew Tim Steffen (Amanda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Piper and Owen of Avon; his nephew Chad Steffen of Avon; his cousin Stacy Sobing of Council Bluffs; and his close friends, Suzanne "Suzie" Evans, Steve and Cindy Mowery of Redfield.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Hyke Funeral Home (101 E 7th Ave, Redfield, SD 57469). A burial was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:15 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
