He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Norton and Hazel Norton (Shoemaker); his wife Joleen Norton of Bower's Bakery; his daughter Polly Ann Norton; his siblings, Forrest, Gene, Jack Norton and Betty Kindopp; his granddaughter Misty Audeen Norton; and his grandparents, Clyde, Ethel Norton and Olive Shoemaker.
He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Norton (Kelli) of Hartford, SD, Forrest Norton (Robbin) of Oacoma, SD and Aaron Dale Norton (Samantha) of Reliance, SD; and his grandchildren, Krystal, Jessi, Kari, Ashley, LaRea, Marie, Kera, Robert, Eric and John.
