She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Nelson and Catherine Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Leon Ellwein; her sons, Charles Ellwein (Nel) and Todd Ellwein (Sally); her grandchildren, Clia, Alexa, Henry and Jack; and her siblings, Sandra, Mary, Elizabeth and Bill. She is also survived by children as a teacher, a grandmother, and a friend.
