He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Brian Millar and Helen Millar (Burd); his wife Rosalie Stephens; his brothers-in-law, Keith Harner, Jim and Jerry Stephens; and his niece Leah Harner.
He is survived by: his sons, Russell Millar (Mary) of St. Onge and Neilon Millar (Shannon) of St. Onge; his grandchildren, Patricia (Tucker Goodvin), Shaina (Jackson Wandler), Whitney (Keith Stuen) and Sarah Millar (Nate Nicolosi); his sister Meda Rae Harner of Rapid City; his niece Jeannine Harner; and his nephew Stuart Harner. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the First Presbyterian Church (901 Laurel St.; Whitewood SD 57793) or the Powder River Congregational Church (309 Wilson St; Broadus MT 59317).
