He is survived by: his wife Karen Jensen; his daughters, Kathy Stiefvater (Kurt) of Salem and MaryBeth Ellerbrock of Burlington, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Lauren Nelson (James), Megan, Karlie Stiefvater, Nathan Ellerbrock (Danielle), Jacob Ellerbrock (Nicole) and Joe Ellerbrock; and his great grandchild Abilene Ellerbrock.
