She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fischer and Martha Fischer; her husband Marvin Mehlhaff; and her daughter Barb Rempfer. She is survived by: her siblings, Gebhart Fischer (Marcella) of Menno, SD and Bertha Mettler (Elton) of Menno, SD; her sister-in-law Ruby Fischer of Scotland, SD; her daughter Judy Frey (Dennis) of Fulton, SD; her son-in-law Dave Rempfer of Freeman, SD; and her children, Mike Mehlhaff of Eustace, TX, Carol Mehlhaff (Jeff Johnson) of Mission Hill, SD, Nancy Leonard (Charles) of Gayville, SD and Patricia Garvis (Brian) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Goglin Funeral Home - Scotland (410 Poplar St, Scotland, SD 57059). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Grace Hill Cemetery (41135 288th St, Tripp, SD 57376).
