He is survived by: his wife Debra Rose Slaba; his grandchild Jayme; his daughter Robyn Arens (Chris); his grandchildren, Mataya and Maddox of Sioux Falls, SD; his son Jayme; his brother Delmar (Cheri); his nibling Ryan; his brother-in-law Danny Slaba (Lori) of Renner, SD; his nephew Tony Slaba (Jessica) of Zuni, VA; and his father-in-law Charles Slaba of Geddes, SD.

Jerry had courageously navigated an Alzheimer's diagnosis over the past year.
