He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Pravecek and Helen Pravecek (Anderson); and his sisters, Joan Rothschadl (Duane) and Faye Burke. He is survived by: his wife Georgianne Podzimek; his son Michael Pravecek (Karen Heida); his grandchildren, Gavin Pravecek (Jessica) and Rachel Tycz (Logan); his great grandchildren, Ava, Gavin Jr. Pravecek, Jaxyn, Jaidyn and Kasyn Tycz; and his brother-in-law Frank Burke Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. George Catholic Church (930 Third St, Scotland, SD 57059). A wake will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the St. George Catholic Cemetery (930 Third St, Scotland, SD 57059).
