He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingemar Gustav and Dorothy Mae Johnson (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Carol Whitmore; his close friend Carol; his grandchildren, Ben (Dayton), Abby Johansson (Annika), Josie Johnson, Wyatt Kirby, Katie Johnson and Ryan Johnson; his sister Carol Elaine Warren (Len); his brother-in-law Bob Whitmore; his nephews, David, Matt Warren and Mitch Buehler; his sister-in-law Kaye Whitmore; Jill Kirby (Pat), Greg Johnson (Meg) and Matt Johnson (Mel).
