He was predeceased by: his mother Sandy Nelson; and his grandparents, Neil Meyer, Doris and Adrian Nelson. He is survived by: his father Patrick Nelson; his friend Legos; his wife Ruth Nelson; his sister Katie Hoffman (Nate); his grandmother Marian Meyer; and his pet Winnie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (4800 S Minnesota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57108). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Connection Church (6300 W 41st St, Sioux Falls, SD 57106).
