He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Devish (Taylor); and his grandparents, Floyd, Lillian Taylor, Ed and Vernice Devish.
He is survived by: his father Dale Devish; his sisters, Rita Lawver (Jerry) and Karen Leehane; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Anderson (Rhonda), Sunshine Soetmelk (David), Rory McBride, Rachel Taylor and Austin Leehane (Ashley); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Anderson, Vincent Taylor, Jace Anderson, Sarah, Tristen McBride, Gabriel Taylor, Blake and Jordyn Leehane.
In lieu of flowers, any donations will be divided between Leisure Living and Diamond Care Center - places that provided excellent care and comfort to Arlin.
