She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pearson and Louise Pearson (Lundgren); her husband Alan Stanga; her stepfathers, Rex Sheild and Edwin Wobig; her brother Eldon Pearson; her sisters-in-law, Lujeanne Larson and Darlene Stephenson; and her son-in-law Bruce Scholl (Will Schubert).
She is survived by: her children, Patty Scholl, Angie Hitterdal (Tim) and Doug Stanga (Heather); her grandchildren, Christopher Krumvieda, Christian, Corrina Scholl, Anna Horner (Kevin), Erika Kasel (Jaden), Brooke Laabs (Matt) and Luke Stanga; and her great grandchild Korra Scholl. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (909 W 33rd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Center Free Lutheran Cemetery (44313 245th St, Salem, SD 57058).
